PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute high precision truing by means of a truer getting in contact with a grinding wheel by a large area. SOLUTION: This truing device 21 is mounted on one end part of a grinder frame. On a truing device frame 22, a rotary shaft 23 is supported, and a rotary plate 24 is fixed to a forward end of it. On the rotary plate 24, an elevation body 26 is supported. On a front surface of the elevation body 26, a support arm 35 is protruded diagonally downward, and the truer 36A comprising a cup-shaped grinding wheel is supported on a tip upper surface of it. As the truer 36 is rotated by a first motor 33, the grinding wheel 13 is trued.
