PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis system for a game machine capable of quickly and appropriately treat defects of the game machine and easily grasping weak points peculiar to respective devices. SOLUTION: This diagnosis device comprises a server device SV connected to the Internet circuit NET, a WEB database DB1 accessed from the server device SV, and a control device M1 obtaining necessary data from the WEB database DB1 and replacing the content of the control database DB2. A failure diagnosis method is written in a set of files connected by link information, the failure diagnosis is processed by a notebook type personal computer PC connected to the Internet circuit NET, while reading the set of files, and completing the repair, information generalizing the procedures so far is transmitted to the server device SV. |
