PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of isolating and collecting nucleic acids that can simply isolate and collect a plurality of nucleic acids. SOLUTION: The method of isolating and collecting nucleic acids comprises the step in which a sample of nucleic acid solution is brought into contact with the substrate and the nucleic acid-immobilized substrate having two or more kinds of single-strand nucleic acids separately immobilized on the substrate whereby the single-strand nucleic acid is hybridized with the complementary single-strand nucleic acid and the step in which the hybridized single-strand nucleic acids are separated every site to which one single nucleic acid is immobilized and collected, the substrate to which the nucleic acids are immobilized are kept in one integral body without division. |
