PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oligonucleotide designed for a free region of an intramolecular structure and to provide a method for a constant temperature nucleic acid amplification using the same. SOLUTION: This nucleotide is used for detecting vero toxin 1 type gene VT1, RNA and vero toxin 2 type gene VT2 RNA and is specifically bonded to VT1, RNA and VT2 RNA at a relatively low temperature. This method for detecting vero toxin 1 type gene VT1, RNA and vero toxin 2 type gene VT2 RNA comprises the method for a constant temperature nucleic acid amplification using the oligonucleotide. |
