PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transferring device with three degree of freedom in X, T,θdirections independently. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first frame 10, a second frame 20 arranged to cross the first frame 10, a fixing means 30 temporarily fixing the first and second frames 10, 20 on a traveling surface, and a transferring means 40 relatively transferring the first frame 10 and the second frame 20. The first frame 10 and the second frame 20 are relatively movable. The transferring means 40 relatively transfers the first frame 10 and the second frame 20. The fixing means 30 releases fixing of the first frame 10 and the second frame 20 transferred by the transferring means 40 on the traveling surface.
