PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resinoid grinding tool with high resin content, less deformation, and less residual distortion. SOLUTION: For synthetic resin binder for composing grinding tool constitution of this resinoid grinding tool, 20(%) or more of benzooxazine resin is replaced by nohexanovolak resin, so that viscosity of the binder is increased in heat-setting and maturing the grinding wheel due to the nohexanovolak resin. By using above liquid resin of low viscosity, therefore, favorable dispersiveness of the binder can be achieved while improving workability, and generation of residual distortion or deformation of the grinding tool in heat-treating or maturing can be favorably restricted. The resinoid grinding tool of high resin content can thus be obtained while preventing deformation of the grinding tool, and restricting residual distortion in it.
