PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot bed whose thickness and stiffness can freely be chosen by a skier irrespective of his/her skill or foot shape. SOLUTION: The foot bed comprises fixing a first piece 15 and a second piece 21. The first piece has an opening at the center part of the heel. The second piece has a thick protrusion part which fits into the opening of the first piece and a thin peripheral part which is extended around the thick protrusion part and abuts against the underneath of the peripheral part of the opening of the first piece. The second piece can be selected from the thin peripheral parts of various thicknesses. When the first piece is made up of a rigid material similar to that of the outersole, the second piece is preferably made up of a soft elastic material. The reverse is also acceptable.
