Central opening in working chamber base is adapted for receiving replaceable set of working tools. Unbalancing type vibrator is axially positioned under casing and provided with set of pulleys for changing amplitude-frequency operating mode. Mixer may be used to investigate the process of mixing components for obtaining homogeneous bulk mixtures of different receipt composition by means of working tools having different constructions and variable operating modes.
