PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional game machine information collecting device incapable of grasping the extent of lowering of the net working rate caused by an overflow processing or lowering of the net working rate caused by a special prize state. SOLUTION: A continuously playing time is calculated by timing a time when recovery pulses of a game ball continue within a prescribed time interval. A non-playing time is calculated by summing up times obtained by subtracting the prescribed time interval from the time intervals of the recovery pulses. A continuous non-playing time is calculated by summing up only continuous non-playing times when the recovery pulses are continued more than the prescribed time interval or more and a total non-playing time is calculated by removing the conditions and totaling them. A measure for preventing the lowering of the working rate can be taken by obtaining the indices.
