PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium renting machine and a management system using this which can manage the issuing situation of rental mediums and the renting situation of game mediums reliably by providing a privilege giving function and can grasp income and expenditure in a game center clearly. SOLUTION: The game medium renting machine is provided with a renting medium issuing means for receiving coins and issuing a renting medium given a value, a game medium renting means for receiving the renting medium and renting the game mediums within the range of the value which the renting mediums have, an information transmission means for transmitting information on issuing of the renting mediums and information on renting of the game mediums and a privilege giving means for giving a prescribed privilege to a player with the forming of a prescribed condition. The information transmission means transmits information on the privilege to outside.
