摘要 PURPOSE: A linearized power amplifier having a linearization device using a delay line is provided to perform a realtime phase control operation by using a delay line. CONSTITUTION: The first power divider(2) divides a carrier signal received from a carrier input terminal(1) into a main path and an auxiliary path. The first variable attenuator(4) and the first variable phase shifter(5) change the intensity and a phase of the carrier signal of the main path. A power amplifier(6) is connected with each rear end of the first variable attenuator(4) and the first variable phase shifter(5). A subtraction circuit(10) outputs only cross modulation distortion signals. The first directional coupler(7) extracts the carrier signals and the cross modulation distortion signals from the power amplifier(6) and applies a comparative signal to the subtraction circuit(10). The first delay line(3) delays the carrier signal of the auxiliary path. The second variable attenuator(14) and the second variable phase shifter(15) changes the intensity and phases of the cross modulation distortion signals. An auxiliary amplifier(16) is connected with each rear end of the second variable attenuator(14) and the second variable phase shifter(15). The second directional coupler(18) extracts and outputs the carrier signals.
