SUBSTANCE: the method deals with a basis therapy as medicinal antibioticotherapy along with rectal insufflations of ozone-oxygen mixture at 500-1000 ml volume at ozone concentration being 1500-2500 mcg/l at a daily course for 5-7 d. The method enables to decrease medicinal loading due to shortened period of antibioticotherapy by 1.5- 1.7 times and complete refusal from immunomodulators, preparations of metabolic correction and plasma-substituting solutions.
