Pour out hole formed by this frame is closed by cap 4 detachably connected with frame by thread 5. Device indicator 7 connected with frame for rotation. Indicator 7 is connected with cap 4 by breakable bridges indicating sealed state of opener in initial position. It has also ratchet mechanism 13, 15, 16, 17 arranged between frame and indicator 7 to hold indicator 7 in second position spaced from first position.
