PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooling branch pipes for blowing in blast furnace by early sensing wear and red heat generation of a plurality of branch pipes for blowing using a heat tracing method, thereby injecting high pressure water and air onto a relevant portion of the branch pipes accurately and promptly is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for cooling branch pipes for blowing of blast furnace comprises a driving part(15) in which a traveling rail(300) is circumferentially installed along the outer circumferential surface of the blast furnace, and upper and lower plates(30c,30d) are traveled along the traveling rail(300) by a driving wheel(30a); a power supply part(16) in which a hanger rail(10) is installed on the upper part of the traveling rail(300), and a transfer hose(20c) supported by a connection wire(10b) and a wire rope(10c) traveling along the hanger rail(10) as they are being coiled on a drum wheel(20) is connected to the driving part(15); a link part(17) in which an arm(90a) is adhered to the lower surface of the lower plate(30d), and arms(90b,90c,90d) are connected to the lower part of the arm(90a) in succession in such a way that the arms(90b,90c,90d) are rotated centering around a link shaft(90) by cylinders(60,70,80); a water spray nozzle part(18) in which a water spray nozzle tube(200) is adhered to the upper surface of the arm(90d), and first orifice tube on the inner circumferential surface of which second orifice tube is formed is installed inside the water spray nozzle tube(200) in such a way that the first orifice tube is axially and elastically moved by high pressure water; and a heat sensing part in which a heat sensor attached to the front side of the upper plate(30c) traces the red heating state of branch pipes, a camera attached to the upper part of the heat sensor transmits images of heat tracing monitoring and heat variation to central operation room, and an alarm lamp(600) is fixed to the lower plate(30d) so that the alarm lamp(600) is switched on and off by the heat sensor.
