PURPOSE: A birth recording device for commemoration is provided which reenacts joy of baby birth by forming a birth molding part between an electronic chip built-in birth recording part and a birth photograph part, and which is conveniently kept and has elegant external appearance as it is formed in a foldable album type. CONSTITUTION: The birth recording device for commemoration comprises a birth recording part(100) in which an electronic chip is installed under a birth record(10); a birth photograph part(200) onto which a photograph of a baby at that time of birth is adhered; and a birth molding part(300) in which a human body molding(50) making a copy of a specific human body part of the baby at that time of birth is mounted on a molding insertion part(40) having a certain thickness, wherein the birth recording part(100), birth photograph part(200) and birth molding part(300) are combined to form the birth recording device, and the human body molding(50) is formed in a foot shape.
