An image signal processing device (1) processes the output signal of a CCD image sensor (10) for reading pixel information of one frame in units of one line, dividing the pixel information, into a plurality of channels, and thereby outputting the divided information. The image signal processing device (1) determines the black level of the pixel data read from the image sensor (10) for each channel, and corrects the black level for each channel. Moreover, the image signal processing device (1) determines the gain difference of the pixel data between the channel and corrects the gain difference between the channels. Therefore, for the image sensor for dividing the image information into channels and outputting them the black level and the gain difference between channels can be corrected highly precisely.
