PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe internally lined with a resin excellent in long- term adhesive durability, particularly hot water-resistant adhesive durability, between the internally lining resin layer and steel pipe. SOLUTION: This steel pipe internally lined with resin is such that an internally lining resin layer is provided via an adhesive layer on the inner surface of a steel pipe; wherein the adhesive layer is based on a modified polyolefin copolymer having functional group shown below.
