PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating type secondary battery, which can correctly position a positive electrode and a negative electrode, which counter each other. SOLUTION: In the laminating type secondary battery, the positive electrode and the negative electrode having different areas are countered and laminated through a separator. The electrode having a small area is arranged at the center at an equal interval from the outer circumference of the separator main body and is covered with the separator main body. The outer circumference of the electrode having a large area has the area size equal to the outer circumference of the separator main part which covers the electrode having the small area.
