PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition paint composition excellent in storage stability and weather resistance of the paint film. SOLUTION: This electrodeposition paint composition includes a) 10-70 wt.% of an acrylic resin having a carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group, b) 10-70 wt.% of a difluoro type fluororesin having carboxyl group manifesting an acid value of 10-100 mgKOH/g and hydroxyl group manifesting 50-200 mgKOH/g of hydroxyl value and c) 20-50 wt.% of at least one kind of an amino resin and a block isocyanate resin (with the proviso that sum of the a), b) and c) is 100 wt.%), and the acid value of the difluoro type fluororesin is 20-50% of the acid value of the acrylic resin. A matt electrodeposition paint composition including the prescribed composition and 0.5-5.0 wt.% of a metal chelate compound including a long chainβ-keto ester having 6-30C alkyl ester group or further including aβ-diketone.
