PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR FINE POWDER, AND FINE POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a fine powder having an average primary particle size of 10μm or lower from a fine particle dispersion by a spray drying method almost without causing agglomeration. SOLUTION: This fine powder is obtained by spray drying a fine particle dispersion with a spray dryer equipped with a four-stream nozzle. The fine particle dispersion is preferably a dispersion of fine polymer particles obtained by polymerizing a monomer.
