摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator-cooked superconducting magnet device, which enables a combined measuring instrument to safely perform precise measurement by preventing the sensitivity deterioration of the instrument, even in a state in which a magnetic field is generated. SOLUTION: Temperature-sensing elements 11 are respectively installed to a heat-shield container 52 and a superconducting coil 53. A controller 10 controls a by-pass unit 65 and a power source 70 for excitation, upon receiving measured temperature values from the elements 11 and the value of an electrical current supplied to the coil 53 from the power source 70. That is to say, the controller 10 calculates the intensity of a magnetic field, generated by this magnet device from the value of the electric current and the operating critical temperatures of the coil 53 and container 52, based on the calculated magnetic field intensity and controls the by-pass unit 65 and power source 70, so that the measured temperature values do not exceed the operating critical temperatures.
