摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for controlling positions of beads and a minute amount of liquid which can handle the beads having a specimen coupled thereto and react the beads with the minute amount of liquid such as a reagent or the like. SOLUTION: The mechanism for controlling positions of the beads and the minute amount of liquid which moves the beads and the liquid with the utilization of a pressure has a first conduit 10 for introducing the beads 1, a beads path 7 connected to the first conduit 10, a second conduit 26 connected to the first conduit 10 for introducing the reagent 14, a first capillary tube 27, a reagent path 23 communicating with an end of the first capillary tube 27, and a second capillary tube 30 having one end part connected to a side wall face of the reagent path 23 and having a lyophobic inner face. The first capillary tube 27 is formed smaller in the diameter than the second conduit 26, having the other end part connected to a side wall face of the second conduit 26 and having a liquid-phobic inner face.
