PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-coherence reflectometer, facilitating the length adjustment of an optical path by shortening the length of the optical path, realizing cost reduction through simplifying of a device, and capable of accurately measuring the distribution of reflectivity and the power of reflected light. SOLUTION: This reflectometer is equipped with an optical coupler 3 for branching light from a low-coherence light source 1 as a measured light DL and a local oscillation light KL; an optical coupler 5 for inputting the measured light DL into a measured light circuit 7, while branching reflected light RL obtained by inputting the measured light into the light circuit 7; a polarization controller 9 for conrolling the polarized state of the reflected light RL branched by the optical coupler f5; an optical coupler 13 for causing the oscillation light KL to come into a reflector 16, while branching the oscillation light KL reflected by the reflector 16; and an optical coupler 11 for combining the reflected light RL, whose polarized state is controlled by the polarization controller 9 with the oscillation light KL branched by the optical coupler 13.
