PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit capable of performing even superior air- conditioning automatically by interlocking air-conditioning with other air- conditioning equipment or the like to operate them. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a fan for sucking in indoor air from an air inlet and blowing it out from an air outlet, an indoor heat exchanger performing heat exchange between the indoor air and the refrigerant supplied from an outdoor unit, an indoor unit control part 15 equipped with various electric circuit elements and multidirectional communication functions and a humidity sensor 18 detecting indoor humidity, and the indoor unit control part 15 is provided with a humidifier sequential operation mode performing the operational control of a humidifier 40 according to the detection value of the humidity sensor 18.
