PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency demultiplexing circuit of a low loss in a wide band of a passing band of particularly a high-frequency side in the frequency demultiplexing circuit for demultiplexing two different frequencies and to provide a multi-band antenna switch module composite component for demultiplexing and switching signals of two or more different frequencies. SOLUTION: A low-frequency side filter has a serial resonance circuit having a transmission line L1 electrically connected to a common terminal P1, a transmission line L2 electrically connected between the line L1 and a terminal P2 of a low-frequency side, a transmission line L3 and a capacitor C2 electrically connected between a contact of the transmission line L1 with the transmission line L2 and a ground. A high-frequency side filter having a parallel resonance circuit including a capacitor C2 and a transmission line L4 electrically connected to the terminal P1, a capacitor C3 electrically connected between the parallel resonance circuit and a terminal P3 of a high-frequency side and a transmission line L5 electrically connected between a contact of the parallel resonance circuit with the capacitor C3 and the ground.
