PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a resin for a material of a case, for exam ple, added with a light storing agent, capable of emitting light in a dark place, however, strength against bending, mechanical strength in Izod impact test, etc., are degraded as the resin with more agent is added, regarding the develop ment of a case for a portable information device and a portable telephone which take apparent fashionable characteristics into consideration. SOLUTION: A portable information device case is provided which comprises phosphor having luminous characteristics, silicon oil of 0.1-0.5 wt.%, and a transparent ABS resin.
