PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and visually inspect whether there is bubbles in insulation oil in a container, and to easily remove bubbles if necessary. SOLUTION: The insulation oil inlet cap 60 is provided for sealing the inside insulation oil, by removably mounting it on an oil supply port 53 of an X-ray tube ball housing container 51. At least the central part of a cap main body part 61 is constituted so that it can be seen from the front face up to the rear face side by using a transparent or semitransparent material, and a smooth concave part is formed toward the central part of the rear face side.
