PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of nuts preventing the nuts from rattling following the retraction of a fastened member and to reduce a cost. SOLUTION: This nut 20 comprises a nut body 21 and a flange 22 provided at the lower end part of the nut body 21. A conical tapered hole 23 reduced toward its lower end part is formed in the vertical opened inner peripheral surface of the nut body 21, and a female screw part 25a is provided in a vertically opened center hole in the tapered hole 23, and a plurality of nut segments 25 energized downward are disposed movably in the vertical direction. The nut body 21 is covered with a cover 26, a plurality of elastic pieces 27 for energizing the nut segments 25 downward in contact with the upper surfaces of the nut segments 25 are installed integrally with the cover 26 and aslant downward from the top plate 26a of the cover 26. Also hooks 28 are installed at the lower end part of the cover 26 at some positions, and engaged with the fixing part 29 provided at the lower end part of the nut body 21 to fix the cover 26 to the nut body 21.
