PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost by reducing the number of nuts moving following the retraction of a fastened member and preventing rattling. SOLUTION: The nut body 21 of the nut 20 moving following the retraction of the fastened member is covered with a cover 29, and the upper end part of a spring incorporated in the cove 29 is fixed by the upper surface of the nut body 21. A hook 30 is provided at the lower end part of the cover 29, and the hook 30 is engaged with the fixing part 31 of the nut body 21 to fix the cover 29 to the nut body 21. Also, the spring is formed of a plate spring 26, and an elastic body is formed of the plate spring 26.
