PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the cooking function of a high frequency heater. SOLUTION: This heater is of such constitution that an agitation motor 19 fixed to the side of a machine chamber 25 on a heating room 24, a connection shaft 21 coupled with the shaft 20 of the above agitation motor 19, an arm 22 coupled with the above connection shaft 21 and agitating the food material, and a fan 23 positioned at the tip of the above arm 22 and having a form for agitation rotate by the drive of the agitation motor 19 and heat food material within a container 12 while agitating it. Accordingly, this heater can remove the temperature irregularity of the food and the overheating around the food.
