<p>According to the present invention, the transmission of millimeter wave using a non-radiative dielectric wave guide accompanies significantly low conversion loss. Thus, the present invention makes it possible to convert TE mode wave to LSM mode wave, and vice versa, freely with almost the same output. Mode conversion as mentioned above is possible not only in a wave guide, but also in a micro strip and a non-radiative dielectric wave guide.</p> |
