PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute an operation which a host user designates by a client user except the host user based on individual information of the host user. SOLUTION: A ticket reservation server 12 receives the electronic mail address of a client terminal 14 from a host terminal 13. The ticket reservation server 12 extracts an item displayed on an electronic mail allowing the client terminal 14 to execute the operation from individual information. The ticket reservation server 12 generates the electronic mail which can be transmitted based on the electronic mail address and the extracted item. The ticket reservation serer 12 attaches URL designating the operation executed in the client terminal 14 to the generated electronic mail which can be transmitted. The ticket reservation server 12 transmits the electronic mail to which URL is attached to the client terminal 14 and executes the operation when URL is received from the client terminal 14.
