PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized power supply circuit capable of securing suffi cient life of battery in supplying power to a load at the light source. SOLUTION: In a stabilized power supply circuit 1, an output voltage setting circuit 5 inputs a setting signal b in response to an input control signal a to a variable dc voltage source 4, and a reference voltage Vref 1 input to a comparator 3 is chosen to be a voltage corresponding to the voltage value of an output voltage Vo to be set. The comparator 3 compares a feedback voltage Vfb 1 with the reference voltage Vref 1 and inputs a signal c to a control portion 2, and the control portion 2 stabilizes the target output voltage Vo by letting S1, S2, S3, S4 and a capacitor C1 perform switched capacitor operation.
