PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail server, a mail transfer system and a mail transfer method which can select whether a mail should be transferred or not according to the priority and the importance of the mail and can select a transfer destination according to the priority and the importance of the mail. SOLUTION: The mail server is equipped with a header information analysis means and a transfer destination information storage means, and a transfer destination is selected according to the importance information at the header of a mail.
