PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a homogeneous crosslinked polyolefin by uniformly dispersing a free-radical generator and an antioxidant in a polyolefin. SOLUTION: In a process for producing a crosslinked polyolefin by graft bonding an organosilicon compound to a polyolefin, particularly by a monoseal process, and crosslinking the obtained polyolefin in the presence of water and a silanol condensation catalyst, a free-radical generator is previously blended with a first polymer having a flow temperature lower than that of a polyolefin subjected to the crosslinking reaction while an antioxidant is previously blended with a second polymer having a flow temperature lower than that of the polyolefin subjected to the crosslinking reaction and different from that of the first polymer to thereby prepare master batches respectively, the master batches are charged with a polyolefin from a hopper into an extruder, and an organosilicon compound having a silanol condensation catalyst dissolved therein is forced into an extruder by a means of constantly feeding a liquid composition, thus preparing a silane-grafted polyolefin.
