<p>The cake on its baking tray is placed on a horizontal support, mounted on pillars from a cross-bar raised and lowered by a pedal and with adjustable side guide rails, near the top of the main, floor-mounted frame. Hinged to two of the top edges of the frame, at right angles to each other, are two rectangular frames which can be swun over the cake alternately and each having a number of parallel, adjustable, slotted guide bars for knives or cutters.
