A well pumping unit 30 includes support 11, linear motor 25 having primary motor complex 8 and secondary motor complex 9, polished rod chain 3, polished chain wheel assembly 4, bottom support chain wheel 10, counterweight chain wheel 5, counterweight chain 6 and counterweight 7. The secondary motor complex, polish rod chain wheel assembly, bottom support chain wheel and counterweight chain wheel are fixed on the support 11 and the primary motor complex moves along the support. A first end 3a of the polished rod chain is fixed to an upper end 8a of the primary motor complex and passes over the polished rod chain wheel assembly, with a second end 3b being fixed to a polished rod 2. A lower end 8b of the primary motor complex is fixed to a first end 6a of the counterweight chain. |
