PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-like recording medium which is capable of improving recording and reproducing operations and decreasing vibrations and noises without introducing the members to be exclusively used, such as a pump, and its warpage correction mechanism and a recording and reproducing device. SOLUTION: The recording and reproducing device having a housing section for housing the disk-like recording medium 10 which can be freely put into and out thereof, a turntable and a pickup is arranged with a correction member 2 having a correction surface 3 so as to face the surface of the disk-like recording medium on the turntable without contact therewith and is formed with plural recessed parts 4 for forming negative pressure at a prescribed pitch on at least either one of the correction surface or the surface of the disk-like recording medium facing the same. |
