PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone that uses an attached relay conversion function to make reception/transmission in the case of an emergency notice by wireless transmission. SOLUTION: In the case that a communicator or the like makes a report on the occurrence of emergency such as fire or first-aid, the mobile phone receives a signal wirelessly transmitted, converts the signal into a signal on a telephone line, transmits the signal to a phone with the telephone number registered in advance when the phone with the telephone number receives the signal, the pushbutton of the communicator or the like changes from a blinking state into a continuous lighting state or the color of the pushbutton is changed to allow the communicant to confirm its communication. Thus, the communicant can quickly transmit the emergency notice and immediately cope with the happening.
