<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate that can be readily expanded in the radial direction of the lining material and can increase the strength as a lining material, a lining material and a method of lining pipe. SOLUTION: The substrate 50 for a lining material according to this invention is equipped with the triaxial nonwoven fabric 60 in which three fiber-bundle layers 4, 12, 16 formed by arranging continuous fiber bundles in parallel are laminated in the three layers in the different directions and the chopped strand mat 70 that is piled up on the triaxial nonwoven fabric 60 in the substrate that is applicable as a lining material 80 for the pipe 90. The continuous fiber bundle 2 constituting one fiber bundle 4 of the triaxial nonwoven fabric 60 is made of an extensible organic fiber, while the continuous fiber bundles 10, 14 of the other two fiber bundle layers 12, 16 are made of glass fibers.</p> |
