PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the magnetic coupling between conductor patterns constituting a spiral coil deteriorating by leakage fluxes generated, due to the magnetic material embedded circumferences the patterns and no large inductance is obtained. SOLUTION: Laminated electronic components are constituted by laminating a plurality of first conductor patterns formed in parallel and a plurality of parallel formed second conductor patterns upon another via a magnetic material layer. The magnetic material layer, interposed between the first and second conductor patterns, has nonmagnetic material sections which are extended in parallel with the axis of the coil at positions corresponding to both ends of the conductor patterns. Then the spiral coil, the axis of which is parallel to the mounting surface of the laminate, is formed in the laminate by alternately connecting the first and second conductor patterns to each other via the conductors in through-holes. Consequently, a large inductance value can be obtained, eliminating the leakage fluxes. |
