PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an operation is complicated, that is, it is necessary to use a plurality of builders for constructing a control loop including a control station and a field bus system, and it is necessary to consider the correspondence of the connecting terminal of a field bus communication module and the terminal of a field bus block. SOLUTION: A shadow block is prepared in a control drawing builder for constructing the control loop of a control station, and a field bus block is assigned to this shadow block. Also, the preparation and allocation of the shadow block is performed by a drag-and-drop operation. Thus, it is possible to construct the control loop including a field bus system by a single builder, and to simplify the operation.
