PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a video in focus without causing a ghost image and further to display the high-quality video by preventing the occurrence of interference fringe on a rear projector. SOLUTION: In a state where the lens surface of a Fresnel lens sheet 31 is opposed to the cylindrical lens surface of a lenticular lens sheet 32, both sheets 31 and 32 are stuck to each other with an optical adhesive. The refractive index of an adhesive layer 36 is different from the refractive index of the sheet 31 and that of the sheet 32. The thickness of the layer 36 is about 30 to 50μm.
