PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which the degree of compaction can be improved and the properties required of a compacted magnetic core can be improved by carrying out compaction by the use of flat alloy powder and spherical alloy powder. SOLUTION: At least the flat alloy powder having a structure containing, as a principal phase, an amorphous phase in which the temperature interval ΔTx of supercooled liquid represented by equation ΔTx=Tx-Tg (wherein, Tx is initial crystallization temperature; and Tg is glass transition temperature) is >=20 K is mixed with the spherical alloy powder having a structure containing, as a principal phase, an amorphous phase in which the above temperature interval ΔTx is >=20 K, and the resultant powder mixture is compacted. |
