PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small wind power generating apparatus to enhance the power generating efficiency at a wind speed in a region of weak wind near a cut-in wind speed. SOLUTION: The wind power generating apparatus 10 fixes the duty ratio of a pulse by using a PWM comparator 44. The pulse is inputted to a MOSFET 46 and a magnetic energy stored in a coil 48 is added to an output voltage from a power generator 14. |
