PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an after service supporting system which enables to conduct automatic arrangement for road service cars or taxies and to obtain repairing parts and exchange parts rapidly, by automatically grasping the situation of the disorder of a car, arranging necessary repairing parts and exchanging parts automatically. SOLUTION: The invention comprises the communication control means which receives the information on the situation of the automobile 20, supporting system forming means which forms the received/offered orders to repair the automobile 20 and the received/offered order information control means which transmit the reservation for the repair and/or the reservation for parts to the repair shop 30 and/or production factory 40 based on the received/offered order. |
