PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care work supporting system and a portable terminal which can make a care schedule for a visiting care worker who provides care services to a person in need of care in life efficiently and smoothly. SOLUTION: The system comprises a server which receives information on a visiting care worker's schedule and information on a request for a care service, creates and stores a care service schedule and sends it to other devices, a portable communication terminal which receives the care service schedule from the server, displays it on a display means and sends the server entered information on the past care service through a transmitting means, a communication line which provides wireless communication environment between the server and the portable communication terminal, a means for notifying a fee which notifies a care service fee according to the information on the past care service and information on authentication of the care service and a financial institution which pays the fee to a designated service provider according to the notified care service fee and collects the fee from the person in need of care and a care service insurer or the like.
