SOLUTION: The disc has a fixed polymer sequence, and the detection method comprises a step for fixing the polymer sequence, a step for touching a labeled specimen to the fixed polymer sequence, a step for interacting the fixed polymer sequence and a specimen solution, and a step for detecting a signal from a labeled material being traveled under exciting radiation light by rotating the disc. |
