PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the labor of fixing a net to be attached on an air passing hole of clothes and a flap for covering the net, and at the same time improve fashionableness. SOLUTION: A double tape 10 comprises a main tape 11 which has been continuously woven in a constant width, and a covering tape 12 which has been continuously woven in such a constant width that it covers at least a part of the main tape 11. A mesh part 11a is formed on the central part in the rateral direction of the main tape 11, and the covering tape 12 is overlapped in parallel on the main tape 11 so that it covers the mesh part 11a. One edge 12a of the covering tape 12 is linked to the main tape 11, and the rest part of the covering tape 12 is apart from the main tape 11 to form a flap.
