PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor having a good efficiency with a less pressure loss capable of preventing an excess compression of gas and discharging a gas of low compression ratio at the scroll compressor. SOLUTION: First intermediate discharge ports 51, 56 and second intermediate discharge ports 52, 57 communicating with a second operation closed space 62 and a third operation closed space 63 being operation closed spaces prior to becoming the minimum closed spaces are provided. A fluid of a relatively low compression ratio in the operation closed space prior to becoming the minimum closed space is discharged through the intermediate discharge ports 51, 56, 52, 57. In this case, since the fluid is directly discharged from the intermediate discharge ports and is not passed through a by-pass passage as a conventional technology, a pressure loss is not generated and an adiabatic efficiency is not reduced.
